360° Notion analytics for company wikis, community knowledge bases, and shared documents.
Monitor key metrics + collect direct feedback through interactive widgets.
Find out what's helpful, and what isn't, without the guesswork.
After spending hundreds of hours creating content, we once thought:
What if it's not as helpful as we think it is?
That's when the idea for Notionlytics was born.
💥
Hey there!
I'm Max, the co-founder of Notionlytics. Today, together with @veranika_prilutskaya, we're thrilled to introduce you to our solution:
Precise, real-time analytics for public Notion wikis, internal knowledge bases, and any shared Notion pages.
👇
With Notionlytics, you can finally answer those burning questions:
How helpful is my content?
Is it even needed?
Am I spending time doing work that's actually helps others?
🎯
But there's more. This month we've expanded into a new direction: interactive widgets.
Ask yourself:
What if the people you write content for could send you feedback immediately, signaling if they find what you write helpful?
Now you can, with interactive widgets.
🤝
Since the very beginning, Notionlytics has processed nearly 1,000,000 Notion page views. 18,000 people have signed up to try Notionlytics.
And if you need advanced analytics for your Notion - now it's your turn. 😉
@veranika_prilutskaya@maxprilutskiy Wow! This is so great, adding value to the Notion Ecosystem. Well done, the designs look great. Congratulations on the launch and kudos to the team.
At Typeform, my team and I rely heavily on Notion to document our projects. It's also my go-to tool for my personal website, which is easy to maintain as a Notion page.
However, what's the point of creating detailed wiki pages if you're unsure if anyone is reading them? Notionlytics solves this problem by tracking views on all your pages.
If your company uses Notion for internal communication or public documentation, Notionlytics is a must-have tool.
Plus, it only takes five minutes to install. Give it a try and see the results for yourself! 😉
Very interesting. Congratulations to the team. I’m already thinking of a few use-cases for our network creators. Is there a segment integration in the roadmap?
Wow! With this tool there’s really no excuses left not to use Notion for hosting public pages.
Congratulations on the launch and good luck eith the product! 🚀
I don't know the product but I follow the founder, Max. Builds with passion, shares with care and builds badass products. Notionlytics looks a-maz-ing! All the best w/ your lunch Max!
We've been wondering how we could scale the UX funnel from our website to Notion. We couldn't find any solution. Every idea led us to avoid Notion and directly continue the funnel on our website. But with little resources, it's difficult. These analytics look like the perfect solution to our scalability wondering. We need to measure them! Congrats to the team. The value proposition seems strong and there's much need for a solution like this.
@alvarovillalb_ Thanks for the support, Alvaro! 😊 This product was born out of our personal need for measuring analytics in Notion. Of course, we've learned a lot since then, especially from our users and their use cases, but it all started from that need. We hope it brings value to others as well. Thanks for sharing your use case - it's always my favorite part!
Supademo sounds like a game-changer for simplifying product communication! 🌟 Quick Q: With the Generative AI Text annotations, how does Supademo ensure that auto-personalization feels natural and not automated? And hey, if you ever need video content to showcase Supademo, you know where to find us!
Congrats, @maxprilutskiy and team! Tiny suggestion- I'm sure pricing is something that's super tricky to figure out, but one thing that could be cool is to offer a subscription level that would allow certain users/companies the option to opt-out of any third-party advertising or data-sharing. Not sure how important this is to your business model, so I don't suggest it lightly. Cheers and best of luck!
@maxprilutskiy I actually thought this was a google analytics end point in Notion at first. Really need that for my startup. Right now we pipe analytics into our slack with a slack bot. But a notion page would be awesome as well. We could even make it public
