Now there's a sleek new UI, filtering and labeled article types. If you compress the page, you can keep the live feed open while you work!

Looks like a hardcore duty nowadays :) Would like to know how do you make the filtering and if would it be possible to modify the news's sources, thanks & congrats!
Love the idea, but sadly the results are worse than the regular news. It just doesn't feel ready yet

Would love to know how you're formatting articles. Are you manually submitting them or crowd sourcing content?

Back again with a revamp! It's a cleaner, more modern looking UI, and has filtering, just click the colorful labels to modify what kind of articles you see. In a short while I'll add the ability to react to articles with emoji's and comments, and use that to train an algorithm to pick through news articles - then you'll really be able to filter your news.
Mine's going to be set on 'science' and 'positive' for the foreseeable future, enjoy! :)
Always a fan for spreading good news. For too long have news corporations been competing for fearful news headlines and stories which doesnโt give uplifting news which people need to see more.
@evert_meulie I removed all other filters (at the top) except for the "positive" one. That should do it for you too :)
@armatav I think you should remove Political tag as well, its the most depressing and least i would like to hear about and probably add new startup innovation tag. Just a suggestion :D. However i loved the Name " Not Depressing News" its quite a catch. :)
Looks nice! Do you have Github link of this? I could fork this and make it for my local community and give them a dose of positivity everyday!
It's not good to shut out negative news completely, but I think it's obvious to anyone these days that we are being bombarded with too much negativity. Definitely could use something like this to just take a break from all the sadness at times.
Where were you before? A lot of bad news I already know :(
