Looks really cool, great update on the older version. For the email outreach, will it send using my own email account (G Suite) or do the emails get sent by your servers?
Alexandra Malis

I wanted to jump on trial and trey tried to charge me 621 USD without any notification, after I tried to cancel the trial, but my card was charged, I can't get refund and their support is a full silence, horrible!

Pros:

Basic tool that doesn't cost what they charge

Cons:

Absolutely dishonest company behaviour

Sarah Barrick
@alexandramalis this happened to me too. I had to come here to write a review, because I am just so shocked that such a dishonest company is still operating by such standards.
Tracey Munn
@alexandramalis @sarah_marilyn this happened to me just yesterday. Please join me in lodging a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, these criminals need to be stopped.

Ninja outreach is a great tool for finding the Influencer. You know the saying “You get what you pay for”. Thanks for sharing it over here @cgimmer

Must Say, you guys worked on the UI and it looks great! Also liked the Business Stack Section. Wonder why more companies dont keep it on their page. Good Going guys :)
Evgen Schastnyy
@amrit_aacharya1 The business stack isn't the page every company knows how to leverage, but we found the way to do that). And thanks for the warm words about our new UI. Happy that you liked it.

They make you trial into the highest paid version, with zero notifications thereafter if your trial is over or when they charge for the next month. On reporting this to them, their response was cold and a variation of 'your problem'. Felt scammed, but maybe this is their understanding of subscription models - optimize for people forgetting about the tool.

Pros:

None unfortunately in our experience

Cons:

Trick you into trial-ing and forgetting with terrible customer service

Hazel Pan
Hi Anuj, I'm sorry you had to go through that. Can you tell me when this happened? As of December last year, we've already added end-of-trial notifications to our app.
Matt Beedle
@hazelmaepan I just went through the exact same thing. I feel totally ripped off. I signed up to ninja outreach, logged in one time, did not get any end of trial emails and then was billed $600. When I complained I was told that there is a no refund policy. A totally unethical way to do business.
Anuj Agarwal
@oyeanuj They ripped off $500 during our trial period too. We canceled and they never refunded even when we never used it. Frudulent people. STAY AWAY from this cheaters!

Hi All - thanks for checking out the new version of NinjaOutreach - the all in one influencer marketing tool. Years ago NinjaOutreach started as a mere desktop application... which everyone hated. Today, we're proud to announce a completely new design of the web application and website - it's a whole rebranding. Happy to answer any questions! Also, enjoy the 10% off any NinjaOutreach plan for the first month with coupon code HUNTERS2017 (valid until Dec 25th)

I heard a lot about Ninja Outreach and found this! Will give it a try soon and will publish my detailed review at DigiFloor.
Evgen Schastnyy
@jigneshgohel Wow, nice to hear that! I will appreciate the heads up when your review will go public.

I am in love with the interface, the price and the results I get using the application.

Thank you very much for it!

Pros:

Amazing Interface

Cons:

Cant find something right now

Adam Connell
Awesome work on the new version! This is a huge improvement over the last version, and miles ahead of the original software version. Although, I didn't hate the desktop version :)
Matt Beedle

I signed up for a trial of NinjaOutreach. Tried it briefly, decided I might possibly come back to look at it later. After a couple of weeks I realised that they had billed me $594 without any warning. I didn't even get any trial ending soon emails. Nothing. When I complained they told me that they have a no refund policy and it was basically my problem. Then they offered a partial refund of $297 take it or leave it and then went silent. A totally unethical company. I'll be sure to complain to the Better Business Bureau and to leave a comment on any future mentions of them that I see online.

Pros:

None that I can think of

Cons:

The service itself is totally overpriced for what it is. Perhaps the email follow up feature could be useful, but not at that price.

Awesome tool! Ninjaoutreach is a really quick and easy all in one tool that helps to find and contact prospects, and though limited in scope, very happy with the results.

Pros:

Great UI and support

Cons:

nnothing

Ted Cory

Didn't cancel when requested

Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

BEWARE -FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY - We requested cancellation prior to end of trial and they didn't cancel and billed us.

Tamás Polgár
@ted_cory True! Not only they lull you into a "free trial" and charge you without warning. They even refuse to cancel, and they reserve the right to charge you even if you want to opt out.
Sarah Barrick
@ted_cory @tamas_polgar yep, happened to me too. Extremely dishonest business, it seems they use a deliberately misleading modal to trap free trial users into instantly charging their card, and then offering no refund even when the error is reported within minutes.
Chamal Priyadarshana Rathnayaka

I have been using Ninja Outreach November. Their support is awesome and answer nicely. Recommend for all marketers who don't want their businesses to isolate.

Pros:

Easy to outreach influencers, bloggers and business owners

Cons:

Nothing to specify.

:::::SCAM ALERT:::: RUN IMMEDIATELY! I trialed the platform last year and contacted them before the trial’s end to cancel my subscription. They still charged my credit card $1188, and I saw the charge this past month when they went to charge the card again for a service I never used. I contacted NinjaOutreach - they confirmed I had cancelled the subscription during the trial, and said, “I know it’s easy to assume the worst thing, but looks like there was a billing error.” Interesting they thought I would assume the worst - is it because they did it on purpose? They proceeded to say they could refund me, but only if I first submitted 5 star reviews BEFORE refunding, the illegal action of a BRIBE. I wonder - are any of these good reviews real?? Look at how many “billing errors” happened to others! Then they changed their mind and said they couldn’t refund me on something they confirmed was THEIR error because I didn’t contact them “during the billing period,” creating an arbitrary statute of limitations on a transaction I never authorized. Never have I seen a company do this before. They are operating under major unethical business practices - billing people “accidentally,” attempting to bribe for refunds, stealing people’s money. If you’re looking for a service like this, there are plenty of competitors that aren’t acting fraudulently. I’m so disgusted - I’m not only reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as they should be shut down, I’m going to make it my goal to save folks like me from scam artists like NinjaOutreach. Save yourself and STAY AWAY.
Connie Benton
UGLY and horrible support! Yesterday I had to kill all day to set up Ninja Outreach. They try to charge more money that in pricing! I had to talk with support all day (ALL DAY!). Today they wrote me to give them my ID ( I'm try to protect my data - so why I need to send my ID to this guys that even can't withdraw the correct amount of money. ) They blocked my account - my ID don't much with my email - they haven’t written anywhere that you need to specify a real name! ( WTF ???? I have send ID that match with name on card ) Waiting for refund!
Kulwant Nagi

My best weapon for doing an effective outreach.

Pros:

Outreach on Steroids

Cons:

none

Anuj Agarwal
A FRAUD COMPANY. THEY WILL CHARGE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. I GOT SCAMMED. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Dino Gomez

I used the original ninja outreach and that version was impressive. The new version takes things to yet another whole level. The clean new interface makes training staff a breeze.

Pros:

Super user friendly. Saves a ton of time doing outreach.

Cons:

Haven't found any yet.

Evgen Schastnyy
Hi Dino, thanks for the feedback. I'm pleased that you like the new interface and thanks for sharing your thoughts.
Nathan McNeill

I feel like their free trial process is deceptive. They charged me $250 for six months of Ninja Outreach at the end of a 7 day trial that I didn't end up using. No notice immediately before the charge. Asked for a refund and was told that I should have read the fine print and they have a "no refund" policy. I ended up spending several hours trying to track down contacts at NinjaOutreach and finally ended up on the phone with their CEO. It was his opinion that I should have known better on letting the trial lapse, but to his credit, he did hear me out (I was not happy) and issued me a refund. I think that overall, NinjaOutreach looks like a good tool, but they need to examine their trial and customer service processes to ensure that they are being transparent with their prospects.

Pros:

The tool is interesting and is helpful in unearthing new influencers to target.

Cons:

They don't notify before charging your credit card after their "Free" trial.

Mteresa

It was really helpful for me when I start with EM, totally recommended!!

Pros:

Awesome tool! Very helpful for Email Marketing!!

Cons:

Just that they must expand to more countries

Ninja Outreach
Hi Mteresa - Thanks for these kind words. We hope to expand and become more relevant in other countries in 2018!
