hmmm, I don't trust any company that doesn't put their pricing up and is clear upfront with their pricing model. All this means to me is that you cut deals with people when they talk to you. I like scaling pricing, clear pricing and various levels of service. NOT something hidden behind an email address 😠
Bryan Brand
@kinnth thank you for your inquiry and we understand where you're coming from. That being said, our Online Ticketing Service Fee is 3% + $0.99 per ticket sold with Credit Card Processing at 3% as well. This is right in line with what Eventbrite charges and lower than most other ticketing platforms out there. Free (RSVP) events are always free. There are no set-up fees, monthly fees, minimums, etc. By default, our service fee is passed onto the ticket buyer, so there is no cost to the event producer. We do offer competitive rates outside of that depending on event/client size, non-profits/charities, etc. Please let me know if you have any further questions or need any clarification on our ticketing technology, services, pricing, etc.

@cooop Put it up on your site and it would be simple, clear and obvious when I decide which partner I might use.
Bryan Brand
@kinnth agreed - we'll circle back once our comprehensive pricing page is live for your and others review. Cheers!
Bryan Brand
@kinnth Great news to share- our pricing page is now listed online for you and anyone else to view anytime here: https://nightout.com/backstage/p... let me know if you have any questions or need clarification on our pricing/features, etc. Cheers!

I"ve been using Eventbrite for big events last year and I really liked my experience. The excellent service at the call center set apart this brand from a lot of marketing/planning tech. My big lows was it didn't support PayPal and Square, neither advanced responsive design embed solution for webpages, neither no medias support on the event page. How will you differentiate yourself?
Bryan Brand
@emmanuel_b_lepage Thank you for your post - NIGHTOUT offers the most customizable event ticketing pages and website integrations (your customers never leave your website during check-out) in the online ticketing industry. We also pride ourselves on providing the most personalized and responsive support for our clients and their customers. It would be great to setup a call this week to review exactly what we can offer and how it compares to Eventbrite. Any availability? Shoot me an email bryan@nightout.com

@nightout @cooop Thanks for this great answer. At this moment, I'm not planning an event. But, I definitely keep your business in mind when doing so.
Bryan Brand
@nightout @emmanuel_b_lepage sounds good and you're most welcome - looking forward to connecting when the time is right. Cheers!

Interesting, though I'd like to know what makes this different or better than Brown Paper Tix (cheap not only for the venue but also for tix buyers) or even Eventbrite (massive user base and great integration tools)? That said, I do see a use and would consider this for general admission events as an additional sales outlet... provided the commission is competitively priced.
Bryan Brand
@mattholsinger Thank you for your post/inquiry - NIGHTOUT offers a few features, tools, integrations and customization capabilities that we believe provide our clients with a superior ticketing platform/service as it compares to Brown Paper, Ebrite and others. I'd be happy to set up a call/demo with you to show you first hand what we do differently. Any availability this week for a quick 30-minute call? Also, I can email you more info directly that you can review at your convenience. Lmk. Cheers!

@cooop Thanks for the reply... I'm not in the market _right_ now (one of my clients is just now planning upcoming events and probably a few months away from finalizing), but please email your sales sheet to me so that I don't forget and can build it into upcoming proposals: m@ttholsinger.com will work. Thank you.
Bryan Brand
@ttholsinger @mattholsinger Will do. Thank you.
Bryan Brand
@ttholsinger @mattholsinger What types of events does your client produce? I want to provide comparable examples for reference.
Matt Holsinger
@cooop I'd need one that's a general admission event where attendees flow in and out (like a nightclub/party)... another comp would be a reserved seating event that has a start and end time (like a keynote speaker). Thank you.

Hello, would it be possible to know if there is an affiliate program available in your business? Also would it be possible to know the email/contact of the marketing/promotion responsible person?
