NativeBase is a popular framework with over 4000 stars on Github. It got a lot of attention when it was hunted. NativeBase Sketch Template makes it easy to create an app prototype from NativeBase components quickly. It's highly customizable and allows changing component style properties like colors, size, etc., in the prototype itself. Make sure to grab the SF UI and Ionicons so you have the necessary fonts.
