Hello Product Hunters, I am so damn excited!! We have just shipped Challenges, The best feature to help you engage your members AND generate revenue at the same time. (Browse all features here: https://nas.io/features/challeng...) Why am I so excited about this? Because challenges have done magic for me. I introduced a few challenges to my community over the past few months. And every challenge increased engagement by 3x. 300% more engagement! Not only that. Challenges are now becoming a new way to generate revenue. Your members are tired of “liking, commenting and subscribing” Your members want to “commit and do” They want to go on a journey with you that helps them! Courses take months to develop. Challenges take…10 minutes. Here are a few examples: 7 day fitness challenge 10 day design challenge 1 month engineering challenge 3 month investing challenge the list can go on and on. Nas.io Challenges has a gamification feature called Checkpoints. Each challenge has multiple checkpoints that keep members motivated. That’s how you can check-in on your members and keep them accountable. At Nas.io, we care a lot about helping you make money. So, challenges can be paid OR free. I highly recommend you go paid. This will increase engagement by 5x instead of 3x. You can introduce rewards, prizes. You can create daily or weekly check ins. You can upload video files. Or send drip emails. We built challenges to be the simplest, fastest way in the world to engage your members and monetize your community. I am really excited about all the stuff you’ll build with this. Check out Challenges on Nas.io now, and comment back with a challenge you will build or participate in. https://nas.io/features/challeng...

@nuseir_yassin1 The Nas Company challenges have been truly transformational for me. So excited that this has become a product that other communities can use!!
Dovi Lipton
@nuseir_yassin1 We've all been following your journey. A few friends asked me to join your Fittr challenge after seeing your results! Challenges are definitely a valuable tool!
Xiaoqi Chu
@nuseir_yassin1 It's a game-changer for online communities! Really excited to see how community owners will use it to create campaigns with members and utilize the power of communities!

@nuseir_yassin1 This feature is too much awesome, I have been using Nas.io for over a year now, and the consistently evolving needs of community engagement are so well taken care of by you and the team. Keep rocking. Cheers to the new feature launch.
Jacq Lim
@nuseir_yassin1 I still remember the first time we ran a challenge for our community builders last year. While we were not sure if they would respond the same way students do to daily milestones, we rolled with it. Well, it worked.. "Your $100 challenge showed that you cared" " I didn't know there was more than one day to make money on Nas.io" " Wow I can't believe I made it! Thanks for helping we start our product" So, almost a year after, I am happy we are now enabling them do make the same difference for their community. Excited for the challenges that are to come from this

During 2020-22, I worked on a similar concept, GoSocial App (https://www.instagram.com/gosoci...). The app is no more available on PlayStore, but at the peak we had 500+ challenges and 100K+ MAUs on the app. Couldn't figure out faster growth and monetisation back then, but I realise that the idea was good. @nuseir_yassin1 Your approach to this idea looks very interesting, makes it open for anyone to use from day 1, and has various integrations for community building and monetisation. One learning I'd share from past is to simplify the product's experience. I also created a challenge on it to try out the product, here it is: https://nas.io/daily-tweet-chall...
Dovi Lipton
@nuseir_yassin1 @rajat_dangi1 Thanks for sharing your experience with SoSocial App! It's awesome that you created your new Tweet challenge on Nas.io. Super quick and easy setup, isn't it?
Nuseir Yassin
@rajat_dangi1 500 challenges and 100,000 MAU. Imagine the businesses that creators can build off of that!
Alex Dwek
@rajat_dangi1 Wow love seeing your challenge! Will go check it out!

Sandra Idjoski
Is there a way to integrate this into an existing SaaS @nuseir_yassin1? Looks like it would be great for user engagement 🚀
Nuseir Yassin
@sandra_idjoski Hey Sandra, you can use it alongside any other platform you're using today. Nas.io is a full suite of community management tools, including challenges, Super WhatsApp, 1:1 coaching calls, membership & audience management, event management, marketing automation, community feeds, and more. All of these tools are there to help you monetize and manage a community, but you can pick and choose which tools you use. You can decide to use Nas.io Challenges while keeping another system for marketing automation. But the more Nas.io tools you use, the more you can manage and monetize.
Alex Dwek
Hello Product Hunt! Alex here, COO of Nas.io We’re so excited to be introducing Nas.io's latest Product: Challenges! We’ve been on a 2 year journey to help creators turn their online communities into a sustainable business. And we've been asking what are some of most effective ways to combine the power of community and online commerce? After speaking to thousands of creators, it became crystal clear to us that Paid Challenges are one of the best ways to do this. For Community Builders, challenges are: 1. Faster and easier to create than courses. Users expect motivation and results, not high production videos. 2. Make good money fast. It’s easy for people to say ‘Yes!’ to a challenge because they get results and don’t require a long-term commitment. 3. They’re easy to optimise & repeat. Unlike courses, challenges start and end quickly. In between each cohort is a chance to optimize, automate, and improve. Community Members love challenges because: 1. They Motivate. Working to achieve their goal alongside others is like an adrenaline shot for motivation. 2. They Create Buzz. Challenges can get 10x the engagement of a regular community. This gets people signed up and keeps them committed. 3. They Work. Doing a time-limited challenge together with a community cheering each other on helps people to actually achieve the shared goals. Challenges are very close to us, in fact we started our entire business with 1,000 videos in 1,000 days challenge! So we asked ourselves, is there a way we can make the experience of running a paid challenge a little bit easier? Enter... Nas.io for Challenges & Competitions - our solution to run and monetise your Challenge (https://nas.io/challenges) With Nas.io for Challenges we have provided solutions to all 4 of the most common problems: 1. Challenge Builder: Structure your challenge in minutes. Upload content into modules and hit publish! Your community can start signing up immediately. 2. Checkpoints and Activity Tracker: Set milestones that automatically unlock and keep members on track. Nas.io’s activity tracker shows you who is keeping up and who needs an additional nudge. Connect a WhatsApp group to boost member engagement. 3. Sign ups and Payments: Run free or paid challenges with Nas.io’s built-in landing page & payment gateway. We can process payments from all around the world. 4. Award Winners: Nas.io makes makes it easier to reward challenge finishers! Pick winners (or multiple) and reward them with cash or other prizes! Our goal is that any creator, no matter how large or small, should be able to build and run a successful paid challenge. We hope you'll check it out, and get in touch if this sounds like a solution for your Community! To checkout the features, go to: https://nas.io/features/challeng...

@alex_dwek Alex, thank you for working so hard on this product. Like you say, challenges are faster and easier to launch than courses. They are a really good way to introduce people to a community. And they help people truly get results. Like I've said before, If I can help someone improve their lives by just 5%, that is a BIG deal to them. Challenges do that by focusing on something attainable, and doing it with the support of a community.
Dovi Lipton
@alex_dwek Great breakdown of why the Challenge feature was built as it was and the powerful ways you can use it. I also saw your LinkedIn post and you made me very motivated to stop making excuses and start exercising again.
Alex Dwek
@nuseir_yassin1 Absolutely. Our 6 month company fitness challenge is the perfect example, and also the recent Spirituality challenge you've been running as well!
Anthony Latona
Cool way to drive engagement with any group or community! Seems pretty focused on monetized/commercial engagement but what about a competition with friends or coworkers? Congrats on the launch!
Dovi Lipton
@anthony_latona 100% you can do that! It takes about 20 seconds to open a Nas.io account, and from there you can open a challenge within a few minutes. Nas.io is free to use (as long as you're not charging your members), so you can have a challenge with friends and coworkers live today already!
Dovi Lipton
@anthony_latona What type of challenges are you going to run?
Anthony Latona
@dovi_lipton Nothing immediate but at my old company we used to do a yearly weight loss competition. Everyone bought in for $100 and whoever lost the most percentage of their starting weight got cash prizes. Great to know there's an easier way to run it outside of email/spreadsheets :)
Nuseir Yassin
@dovi_lipton @anthony_latona That's a great challenge. Nas.io actually can turn a Challenge into a Competition, exactly as you describe it. The money that goes in can be assigned to one or multiple winners.
Dovi Lipton
Challenges are one of the most effective ways for people to get results fast. They’re easy to create and they drive a LOT of revenue because they help people improve their lives. I’m Dovi from the Nas.io team. I’ve helped promote many challenges in the past. They always amaze me with how effective they are. Turns out… there is a good reason for that. Challenges are built out of Community. Urgency. FOMO. Those 3 emotions are dopamine triggers and they push people to action. Challenges are UNMISSABLE because they combine these psychological triggers into one irresistible, valuable program. Whether your community wants to get fitter, learn an instrument, or master AI prompting… enriching lives is easier with a challenge. Two personal challenges have improved my life as well. Firstly, I challenged myself to learn German in just 3 months using The Michel Thomas Method. Then I moved to Austria for 2 years. Secondly, I lowered my rising blood sugar in 60 days by not making excuses and eating healthy. But those were things I did on my own. Had I been part of a community challenge, my German would be better and I’d still be eating healthy lol. Until now, there has never been a good tool for running challenges. That’s what https://nas.io/features/challeng... is all about. Improving lives with community challenges, and using that to fuel a good, sustainable business. It has ever feature you need, like Checkpoints, payments, content hosting, upsell options, etc. Look through the features today and think about what type of challenge YOU want to run… or join! We’re here if you have any questions.
Nuseir Yassin
@dovi_lipton Amazing that you've already succeeded with two challenges. The power is unlimited. Love what you said about FOMO and dopamine. The biggest FOMO of all is watching someone else get the results that you wanted, know you can get, but didn't push for.
Sophia Zwitser
I am excited with this new launch! I have participated in many personal challenges, mainly fitness related, and I've often struggled to find good ways to track progress. The struggle of going through complicated and ugly spreadsheets in Excel or other softwares became a daily frustration. Now, as I am leading my second challenge (not only participating), I find myself coming across the same obstacles, including how to monetise. Previously, I had to manage multiple platforms to manage my challenges, creating so much work for both myself and my participants. However, with this new feature, I couldn't be more enthusiastic! However, whilst I've only just begun exploring the features, I did notice a few areas for improvement, such as the ability to join the challenge as a participant while also being its owner, and the need to manually save changes instead of an auto-save option. Regardless, working with a platform that integrates challenges, monetisation, membership management, and content sales is amazing. It has absolutely streamlined my workflow and improved the experience for my members too. I am eagerly waiting for further improvements! :) Great work, team!
Dovi Lipton
@jszwitser Thank you for your feedback Sophia! It's really useful to see where you want to see the experience improved, like autosave. It's something that can be easily built into the next release, which will follow soon. You really highlight the need for a product like this. In THEORY challenges are easy to put together. All it takes is authentic content that can be delivered via email, chat, or webinar. But tracking participants makes it hard - but not anymore. It's easy now. Keeping track of home work was hard - but not anymore. It's easy now. Everything to do with challenges is easier now, which is good for the world because challenges improve lives.
Sophia Zwitser
@dovi_lipton That's absolutely amazing to hear. Thank you, and all the best over over there! I'm eagerly waiting for the next update :)
Dimitrie Baitanciuc
Congrats for this product, good luck!
Dovi Lipton
@dimitrie_baitanciuc Thank you! I see you have one coming up also. You can CHALLENGE your clients to build their businesses, starting with an easy website that users your AI builder :)
Samanvaya Pant
Challenges have long been a go-to for building communities. They aren't just about fun anymore – they're a great way to make money as a creator. Forget about messy WhatsApp groups and keeping track of who's done what. With Nas.io Challenges, everything is organized, clear, and super easy to follow. Challenges are all about accountability, tracking progress, and rewards. It's a whole new way of monetizing and engaging with your followers, especially for Fitness, Nutrition & Wellness creators! I strongly believe that Challenges can be a new and reliable source to generate income and impact for creators. So looking forward to see the impact Challenges bring about.
Nuseir Yassin
@samanvaya_pant 100% they are the fastest and easiest way to build community and to boost engagement in existing ones. Everyone goes though the same experience, and everyone is driving towards the same goal. Challenges put everyone in a hyper focused state, and that drives results. Predictably. Over and over.
Samanvaya Pant
@nuseir_yassin1 correct. I think over and over is the keyword here. Recurring revenue is the key to building a strong community. Challenges can be key driver of engagement and monetisation in a community set-up.
Dovi Lipton
@nuseir_yassin1 @samanvaya_pant Challenges are also short cycle, so they can easily be optimized and iterated on.
Micha Cassola
Very nice community platform that you created! Can one integrate nas.io with an app or is everything a webapp on nas.io? And compliments on the pricing page, very compelling!
Dovi Lipton
@michacassola Thanks for the question! You can embed your Nas.io community in a sign up button, but all functionality is currently on our web/app. It's something we're looking at, so if you have certain needs, please let us know! Of course, you can use Nas.io as part of your stack so that you don't need to move everything.
Aviad Zilbershatz
Great idea! I can really see how this will boost engagement within my communities. Will give this a try for sure!
Dovi Lipton
@aviad_zilbershatz That's great! Some communities see 10x their regular engagement during a challenge thanks to the urgency and comradery that a challenge creates. I'd love to help you get a challenge launched and then to turn that into a sustainable community business. Just reach out and I'm here for you!
Nuseir Yassin
@aviad_zilbershatz @dovi_lipton Engagement rockets during challenges. What type of challenge are you planning Aviad?
Samanvaya Pant
@aviad_zilbershatz feel free to reach out to in case you need help. So looking forward to seeing your Challenge on Nas.io 🙌🏻
Aman Minhas
This product idea feels very fresh. Looking forward to all the creative ways people will run challenges and grow their brand. A product that is a win for both challenge runners & participants.
Dovi Lipton
@supaman I just used GPT to generate 101 challenge ideas. I want to do all of them lol. So many things to get better at!
Mohammed Khan
This product concept is really very innovative. It's a product that benefits both those organizing the challenges and those taking part in them. Participating in a challenge (https://nas.io/darshan-martial-a...) has allowed me to truly appreciate how amazing this product is. Being able to speak and discuss with everyone competing in the challenge genuinely excites me and motivates me to complete the challenge (community managers can also connect a whatsapp group to the challenge). Additionally, receiving notifications and emails as soon as a checkpoint begins serves as a helpful reminder. In conclusion, I just want to say that THIS IS THE PRODUCT you need if you're looking to run challenges efficiently. great job team
Dovi Lipton
@mohammed_khan10 Thanks for sharing your experience with the Martial Arts challenge! We're so happy that you're enjoying the experience and how you can access the challenge's community and checkpoints all in one place, and how the reminders work to keep you on track. You're an early user and we'd love to get any ongoing feedback you have that can make the system better and better.
Beatrice Leong
Congratulations on the launch! Definitely worth checking out this new feature. As a user, the likelihood of me committing to short term, goal-oriented challenges is much higher than a long-time subscription. This is such a creative way for communities to monetise and engage their members through challenges. I'm really excited to see how communities will utilise this new product feature to engage their members and expand their outreach!
Dovi Lipton
@beatrice_leong Thank you Beatrice! As you say, goal oriented, short-term focus gets you results.
Bon
It looks good! How do I integrate it into my existing community?
Dovi Lipton
@bonvisions That depends on if your existing community is on Nas.io or another platform. Where is it hosted? You'll be able to use Challenges either way, but how you use it will be different.
Alex Dwek
@bonvisions the good news is you can run a challenge on Nas.io and offer it to your existing community members to sign up. You can even add members to a challenge without them needing to register. I would highly recommend you give it a try! Our team would be happy to give you a walk through!
Darryll Rapacon
I'm excited about this launch! I've joined some challenges and know the pain of juggling spreadsheets and different platforms. This new feature makes everything so much smoother, bringing together challenges, monetization, and membership management. Awesome work, team! I really think Challenges could be a game-changer for creators to earn and make an impact.
Dovi Lipton
@darryllrapacon That's the plan! Actually, it's more than a plan. Since we launched, we already are seeing challenges with over a hundred members (this launched about 7 hours ago) ! With the right challenge, people are eager to come on board. Hopefully 'game-changer' is exactly the right word.
Beatrice Leong
@darryllrapacon Totally agree that the experience makes organizing challenges much smoother and the ui is sleek as well. Really well put together feature.
Jake Tital
Love that your empowering the community. I hope to see this product on top as product of the day 💪🚀
Nuseir Yassin
@jaketital Thanks Jake! We hope you spread the word and help us get there!
Nuseir Yassin
@jaketital That's awesome. Thank you!
Paavan Singh
Heyooo People, this is Paavan. I've worked with a lot of creators who do Challenge led monetization and trust me on this, the results are CRAZY!!! So, here is a quick setup easy to do playbook for you! 1. I've seen people broadly do 2 types of challenges: ⚡️ Content Led Challenges ⚡️ Habit Building Challenges Content Led challenges are essentially a better way to run a course. Get your content ready, invite your audience, keep them accountable and are good to go! But, that's a lot of work, No? So, for you... let's make a habit building challenge. ▪️ Identify something in your niche that you do daily: ex - If you do Yoga, this can be Suryanamaskar - If you are a creator this can be creating a video - If you are into mindfulness this could be meditation. ▪️ Help people develop a habit for the same ex - This could be a 30 day Suryanamaskar challenge like this one - ( https://nas.io/anitabokepalli/ch... ) - This could be a 21 day sleep early challenge - (https://nas.io/powerwarriorclub/...) - This could also be a 14 day 5k walking challenge- (https://nas.io/nourish-with-simr...) 🎯 Now here is the Value Proposition 🎯 - You help people develop a habit that they've been struggling with from sometime - You keep them accountable and introduce them to like minded peers - And if you happen to provide them some resource/content to help them along the way that would be a PLUS! And that's challenges for YOU 🌟 Trying it out will take 10 mins max and might 10x your month's revenue, so why not? And if you happen to make good money, Do let me know, I'll drop my address in the DM for you to send me some Coffee ☕️
Dovi Lipton
@paavan_singh Paavan hits it out of the park! Thanks for all these examples. This comment will be really helpful for anyone who wants to get inspiration for building their own challenge.
Sophia Zwitser
@paavan_singh thank you for sharing those links of existing challenges creators host! I might steal some ideas ;)
Jason Levin
Hey! Do you offer api access to Twitter to track follower growth? I want to launch a follower growth contest.
Dovi Lipton
@iamjasonlevin That's a great idea! Right now that's outside our use case, but you can still build the modules in Nas.io and manually enter the numbers for the record and track it that way.
Alex Dwek
@iamjasonlevin we’ve seen early users do follower growth challenges! They get their users to submit the follower count each week/ month. Some have even visualised the growth over time. In the long term we want to see what works best for our users. If you’re interested in giving it a try, I’d love to hear your feedback to see how we can incorporate into the product
Fei C.
Congrats on the launch! Really awesome product!
Nuseir Yassin
@feichen_ Thank you! Yes, it's an awesome product that makes launching challenges and competition super easy. It's a game changer and will help many people change their lives and make more money.
