@jgferreiro hey Jorge! Thank you for your question! What we’ve built so far we think of it as the first layer. We actually see an enormous opportunity in going very deep into bringing ai automation to the several layers that sales and support has. The next on the roadmap, is direct integration with businesses APIs so Nara can help them do actions on their behalf!
Just tried Nara and really loved the product. Functional, easy to use (we feel the Oscar touch ;)). The AI can also adapt the spoken language (french, german, etc). Invite you to try the free version with your website or ecommerce page on social media so you get an glimpse of its potential!

@rolanddeep Hey Roland. That's exactly our focus! Not only answering questions but also being able to execute actions on the shop's owner behalf, including refunds and return processing
@eric_j1 We actually do have a Shopify integration, soon to be a native plugin. It'll be able to be trained on all the information that Shopify has on a store, like inventory, shipping options, etc. Do you have a use case in mind?

This looks super cool, what were the hard parts about building it? Did you learn anything new and interesting?
@michaeljelly Great question! I think that, like with any product, is finding the user that has the biggest hair-on-fire problem. Finding a customer where we can be a pain killer instead of a vitamin and creating a solution that actually solves the problem has been the most insightful path for us

I'm trying this with our website and it looks very promising. Congrats on launching such a cool product! Quick question: When I add my website as a source to Nara, does it crawl my blog posts as well? It seems like blog posts contain a lot of information that may be useful to guide a potential customer in the buying process.
@helloteban Hello Esteban! great question. If you add your website as a source, Nara will crawl all the possible links that it finds in it up capped 100 links.
