I love the concept. But may I ask if there's any difference between intent-based promotions and personalization?

@vulydobev Hey Vuly, thanks for your interest. Intent-Based Promotions is a personalization promotion solution BUT it goes beyond regular personalization. Let's say you are on the hunt for a TV - you don't have the same level of purchase intent when you just started to search for a TV model and yourself after a good week of searching. Intent-Based Promotions can recognize how close you are to purchase, if you need an incentive or not, and if so - what is the right and minimum incentive to offer. We are monitoring not only personal (non-PII) data but also benchmark it to 5 billion online shoppers - so we know what is the minimum and most effective incentive to offer (if one is needed). Note - there are shoppers that have low purchase intentions, we won't offer any promotion to them as well, not to ruin price sensitivity or the brand's reputation. Intent-Based Promotions has a lot of good effects on eCeommrce

Websites don't have the time and patience, and tech skills to deal with custom promotions. The easiest way for those sites is just to run a promotion for all of their customers. By making promotions custom made it's probably possible to save tons of money. That's an impressive idea. Just think how much impact an algorithm like this can have on a large e-commerce site.

@mickreyess That's exactly what we heard from our customers when we made the research prior to the development. They take a "set it, forget it" approach as real personalization is a lot of work, and can't be really achieved with segmentation and human manual work. Thanks for your comment.

Looks brilliant! One of my passions is marketing and SEO. Over the last few months, I started digging more into intent marketing, and I learned that it's not hard as it sounds. It's about better analyzing the content you create to make sure your target audience is the one who read it. So instead of writing on a broad topic that X amount of people read, you write about something that might attract a third of the people, BUT the ones who read it are much more relevant. In the Namogoo tool, it seems like they took this concept to a whole new level. Showing people the right ad, or saving money by not offering promotions to people who would buy the product anyway, seems like an intelligent way to improve site income. Small tip: It could be great to see on the landing page what the free trial includes.

@ronmaza Hey Ron, we did take intent to a whole new level. it's more than segmentation, it's even more than personalization - Intent-Based Promotions take into account real-time behavior and buying motivations - I'm talking about for the current website session. The Intent "brain" analyzes a lot of different data points and on top of that benchmarks each site visitor to our database that contains more than 5 billion online shoppers. Thank you for your feedback - the trial allows you to activate 1 Intent-Based Campaign - you can choose from any eCommerce metrix you'd like to optimize. The trial lasts 14 days since activation.
