This hooked me up hoping to reduce the number of customers calling us for help. We have a help center but we know that this is rarely used. It's easier to pick up the phone and call the customer service. Just tried it by uploading a csv with 60 entries … unfortunately it's loading forever (Doing AI magic…) Is there an issue currently? No error or so …

What is a "piece of content" is my entire 10 year gmail archive a piece? what about 8 years of LinkedIn correspondence, my entire twitter archive? would be clearer if you explain a bit more about how training data is used before signup is required.

looks fantastic but far too expensive....even on the $99 plan only 100 pieces of content is included which is not much for a blog or company wiki. But congrats....another on the right track to bring AI to content discovery!
