Even internally instead of just showing your team members a new feature design or a workflow proposal you can actually see what they did while they explored your prototype. Following are some key features and concepts: Concept of quests Map your user stories to quests and send test users to complete them. This approach defines a context for each interaction and frames the user with a certain goal that has to be achieved. The gamification aspect improves the user involvement by presenting a challenge to complete. KPIs The data from all interactions is consolidated and presented in the form of KPIs allowing you to easily spot where your users are getting stuck. Session replays Full session replay is available for each interaction user interaction. Comments Users can leave comments while trying to complete the quests. Web native Full screen prototype experience without installing any apps. Polls Create polls and see how your users answer them. You can build a prototype containing two ways of completing a quest and ask different follow up questions along each path to better understand the motivation of each decision. Heatmaps Click/tap and hover heatmaps that we are used to see all over the place are now available also for click-dummy prototypes. Paper & Pen If paper & pen is your go to prototype method just take pictures of your drawings and upload them to Mupixa. Afterwards you can enjoy the whole analytics suite as usual.
