I heard about this on an article I saw about The Verge being packed full of data-heavy advertising (http://blog.lmorchard.com/2015/0... - makes interesting reading). From there: "Lightbeam is a Firefox add-on that uses interactive visualizations to show you the first and third party sites you interact with on the Web."

Good to see that the recent conversations surrounding ad tech are starting to make a difference. I'm not anti-ads, but I'm anti-bad tech. Hopefully products like this one and others that are starting to gain traction can push ad companies to do something.

It looks really neat! It's still not quite sufficient for me to migrate from Chrome though. Has anyone found it useful in some way?
