There's definitely lots of feature packed in here as well with support for many channels including iOS and Android, as well as comprehensive analytics. @vidisha_jitani Yes, we call is chitchat. The bot already equipped with chitchat. This will make bot automatically reply to queries like "whatsup", "are you real", "thats great", "I love you" etc.
