As someone knee-deep in dashboards and SQL queries, I realized the need for something faster, more intuitive, and deeply integrated with modern data stacks. Our goal? To make analytics seamless for everyone, from data pros to business users. It's built to take full advantage of your warehouse, meaning you get faster insights without writing a single line of SQL or data plumbing. Mitzu is a no-AI tool. Although, we might add features in the future. 🏃‍♂️To get started, it is straightforward: 1️⃣ Move your first and third-party data to a data warehouse with any tool. (Our current customers use either Segment, Rudderstack, Jitsu, Snowplow or in-house solutions). Alternatively, it works on top of any modeled event data. You can use DBT or any other modeling solution. 2️⃣ Connect Mitzu to the raw datasets in your data warehouse 3️⃣ Create your first chart! 🚀 📦 We currently support 8 cloud data warehouses: - BigQuery - Clickhouse - Snowflake - Databricks - Trino - AWS Athena - Redshift 📈 We support the following insight types: - User segmentation analytics - Product journeys for users - Marketing campaign conversion rates - Recurring revenue calculation - Retention rates - and many more insight types and more are coming 👫 Companies using Mitzu typically have a tiny or no data team. I love it because you don't use AI! Everybody sprinkles some artificial stuff on their app and it is very refreshing to see some natural real intelligence at work! Also: The app and idea look wonderful! ❤️

@michacassola Thank you Micha, I have nothing against AI. But I don't think everything has to be AI just because there is a hype. Especially in data, when you can loose trust in it in matter of minutes.

Looks like a really good product :) Congrats team 🙌 Regarding privacy, does this mean since it's natively added in the data "warehouse" that you can't in any way access or view our data? Because it's not mentioned anything about privacy in the landing, and I think especially in this case it would be good to ensure to visitors about this. All the best

We have now set up a customer conversion funnel and MRR report using Notion, but it lacks professionalization and automation. It seems that Mitzu’s reports have everything I need, I’m going to give it a try :D Good luck!

Congratulations on your launch 🎉 Being someone who has worked in Real-time Business Intelligence platform for enterprises, this is a great step. Would love to see how it evolves. Haven't tried Mitzu yet but one thing that customers asked for was alerts on events. Meaning whenever a certain conditions matches, it trigger an alert/webhook.

Mitzu quickly became our go-to tool at Colossyan. It takes the guesswork out of making product decisions. It's truly unique to have subscription analytics and subscription data in the same place. We use Mitzu at my company. I am the single data person in the whole marketing department and Mitzu makes my life so much easier as not-so-technical stakeholders can create their own insights, dashboards easily without coding . I would also emphasise how much Mitzo founders care about the customers, we get instant replies to our questions or bug reports. If you are a company with small or no data team, Mitzu can be a lifesaver.

Mitzu quickly became an integral part of our life all across the company. It brought the concept of usage analytics so much closer to many departments which showed little interest so far in reaching out for data. As a data analyst, it was amazing to see how swiftly my stakeholders grew to like the product, and how they started creating and sharing insightful visuals that they have never done before. Since Mitzu is working on top of our own infrastructure, I no longer need to be worried about data integrity and reproducibility (the generated SQL snippet is just an amazing feature!). But the most appealing "feature" from Mitzu is definitely customer support: they are always there to help, literally. I have never experienced such a customer-first mindset from any of the tools I used before. Hats off to this team!

We use Mitzu at Colossyan for almost 2 years, mostly for finding quick insight about funnels and retention and we can easily find users behaviour patterns with it as well. From R&D to GTM teams everyone uses Mitzu - for different purposes - and it's one of the most important tool in our self-serve analytics stack.

@janicelewis00 Hi Janice, great question. 1. We never copy customer RAW data, we only visualize the aggregates that our SQL queries generate 2. We can deploy Mitzu on the customer's data platform (in our Enterprise package) 3. We are currently working on the SOC2 compliency.
