Looks cool but it's rejecting my OpenAI key as invalid. Created a new one and still no dice. Any tech support suggestions?
@erburgess Hey Eric! Thanks for checking us out. One reason may be that you have not provided billing info in your OpenAI account (OpenAI requires billing info to start using API key). You can reach out to us via our Discord and email (contacts provided in the web app) for technical support.

Congrats @sylviangth on your launch of MindPal. Can MindPal read multiple documents to allow queries within these documents? What about custom AI prompts so we can tailor our needs towards these documents?

Great idea, great product. However, the design is not user-friendly. It looks like it's made for developers. Also, why do I have to manually introduce my AI API key? Can't you provide AI yourself? I bounced in the onboarding. Lastly, I am not sharing my API keys with anybody. Is people willing to give you their keys? I'm definitely not... either way, congrats to the team dot the launch!
@alvarovillalb_ Hi Alvaro! Thanks for checking us out. We will try our best to improve the UI/UX of our product. About the API Key part, we understand your security concerns. While we offer this option for users to save their costs on MindPal, we understand not everyone is willing to share their OpenAI API Key. What do you think about a plan that doesnβt require you to input your API Key? The price would be higher, of course, but it may fit your needs right now. Would love to discuss that possibility with you!
@sylviangth Hi again Tham! Just saw your reply in here. In my humble opinion, I'd do the following: (a) allowing users to onboard in 10 seconds (getting my API takes 3+ minutes if I'm not logged in to OpenAI) (b) for that, I'd provide that API inherit to your services (c) maybe charging usage-based? I wouldn't care paying for using GPT-4 tokens(maybe a combination between tiered and usage-based plans) (d) maybe providing a GPT-3.5 free version so that new users can test the power of your solution without paying upfront in case you get rid of "enter your API Key"

However, since everyone is new and no one is dominantly big yet, we do believe there is equal chance for everyone in this field. Moreover, we think product is only one part of several factors that contribute to success. So, why don't give it a chance? ;)
