Hi everyone!
I'm Ashish, the maker of Micro Habits, a habit tracking app that helps you build better habits and achieve your goals.
I created Micro Habits because I was frustrated with the lack of context in other habit tracking apps. When we create a habit, we know the reason why we're starting it, but over time, we forget why we started and stop doing it.
Micro Habits solves this problem by attaching your habit to a goal. This adds one layer of motivation, and it also helps you remember why you're doing the habit in the first place.
In addition, Micro Habits lets you add an outcome for every goal. This is a short description of what you hope to achieve by completing the goal. For example, if your goal is to "write a book," your outcome might be "to publish a book that helps people learn a new skill."
Finally, Micro Habits lets you add an accountability partner for every goal. This is someone who will check in with you regularly to make sure you're on track.
Here are some of the features of Micro Habits:
Add goals with micro-habits
Add accountability partners for every goal
Create and track routines
Write daily journals
Mood tracking
Create TODO list
Create and track WEEKLY and MONTHLY challenges
Hourly notification
Each habit and routine has its own built-in timer
Goals days streak
Reminders for habits, routines, journaling, todos, weekly / monthly challenges
I'm excited to share Micro Habits with the Product Hunt community! I hope you find it helpful in your journey to achieve your goals.
Please share your feedback, and share the app with your friends.
Thanks!
Congratulations on launching Micro Habits! It sounds like a comprehensive habit tracking app that addresses the issue of losing context and motivation over time.
Hi @gabriel_nori,
Thank you for your great comment! I'm glad you find the app helpful.
If you haven't already, I recommend installing the app and checking out the pre-built templates for goals, routines, and journals. You can add them with a single tap. For example, if you have a goal of improving your health, you can add small habits like meditation, reducing sugar intake, going for a walk or run, and eating healthy. Just follow through with these habits and you'll be on your way to achieving your goals!
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks.
