My favourite font family these days is -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Roboto, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif, "Apple Color Emoji", "Segoe UI Emoji", "Segoe UI Symbol"; There's probably no better user experience.

Cool font-project called Interface, a font for highly legible text on computer screens. It's not only a great User Interface font, but it's free to use in any project.

I've seen a lot of fonts on Dribbble, but this is the one that is most completed (with accents and other symbols!).

Pros:

- open source

- good for ui

- professional look

Cons:

- not optimised for high-dpi

Amazing font family! Do you plan to collaborate with russian type foundries to make cyrillic letters look not so buggy? San Francisco had the same issue but now they did it well.
