@tbjornson Tony, looks really nice. Can you tell us how this compares with Intercom & the other big players out there? Also—and I may just be an idiot—FYI I had to look up "SMB".
@tbjornson noticed the example use case is a hotel. Is that your core/target customer/use case? Curious, how do you guys differentiate from products like Trustyou Messaging (formerly Checkmate), Kipsu, Zingle, Whisper, etc? If hotels are a target for you definitely worth checking out (and getting listed) on Hotel Tech Report (disclosure, im a co-founder). That said, we help great products/companies break into the hotel market so if that's where you're trying to break into definitely worth checking out. Best of luck and congrats on the hunt!
