Message deleter for Slack - admin edition — Delete Slack messages in bulk

As much as I love Slack its export features are sort of... concerning Did you know that - Team Owners and Admins can export message and file history from Slack? My question is, will it delete the messages Slack stores, not just the app you're using but the messages which are being stored by Slack?
