Merge is a Unified API to add hundreds of integrations to your SaaS app — for free! Our new Free plan means you can integrate up to five customers without paying a cent. Sign up at merge.dev/signup.
@jsteneros Hi Johan! We're a unified API product whereas Segment is a CDP - we provide a way for companies to allow their customers to connect their HR, CRM, ATS, Accounting, and Ticketing systems with Merge, and receive normalized data back - think Plaid but for different categories! Segment's use case is a quite different as they collect and aggregate first party data from within their customers websites/apps etc. Hope that answers your question!
@dotnetster Hey Ross! We currently support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (through our Accounting API) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (through our CRM API)
We're always adding new integrations and love to have our users shape our roadmap - so feel free to reach out if there are any integrations you're looking to add!
@dotnetster Hey Ross! We currently support Microsoft Dynamics (For our Accounting & CRM APIs) as well as Azure Active Directory integrations. We're adding dozens of new integrations each month - if you see any other Microsoft products that would be helpful feel free to reach out or DM me!
@sven_radavics Hey Sven! It would be 5 users using the integrations, which we refer to as a Production Linked Account (because you're utilizing 'Production' Data).
Let me know if you have any other questions!
Y’all are on a roll!
If you need integrations for your product, don’t build them, use Merge.
Take it from someone who loves building things. It’s far more advantageous to stay focused on your core product and let the Merge team handle your integrations.
They’re experts and awesome to work with.
Assembly is a proud customer.
It's really sound great, i need to look how fast our API would be after merging, by looking at the use cases i hope i will see more than 50% faster API soon. Good Luck for your launch.
Looks great! What if there's an integration that I want that is not supported by the platform? Is there a typical turn around time to build new integrations?
@tanisha_nalavadi Thank you Tanisha! Our platform team takes approximately a month to build an integration from the moment when we have API or sandbox access!
@tanisha_nalavadi Thanks for your support Tanisha!! We're lightning fast at adding new integrations - last week we added 15 in a week! We also love to have our users shape our roadmap - so feel free to reach out if there are any integrations you're looking to add! We guarantee a 2-3 week turnaround time on our Expand plan
@robert_williams7 Absolutely! If you see integrations that aren't listed on our website but would be useful to your product, feel free to reach out! We add dozens of integrations each month, so it's likely either on our upcoming roadmap or we can add it quickly :)
