We can find homes ourselves. Anyone can. However, finding the ideal home and community can be a daunting, and not something one can attain by going at it alone. Connecting with a local can make your home search easy, while utilizing local knowledge to learn of a neighborhood that can take time to discover. NuPad lets seekers post demand of ideal home, locals respond with a match. Or, seekers browse trending homes recommended by locals and if they see one they like they tap on image to connect with the local (who made the recommendation) to learn more of the unit before making a visit to the property/management. On the flip side, NuPad lets locals make extra money by recommending/posting homes on NuPad. Our mission with NuPad is to make finding potential long-term apartments for millennial-professionals a lot less daunting than the traditional method.
