Key Insights used to build this: Mentors - Seasoned Professionals / Leaders want to give back to the society, but don't have an efficient, low-commitment, non-invasive way of doing so. Mentees - Students, young professionals as well as mid-career professionals want to get access to specific guidance, but don't know - who is willing to help and how to reach them.
