Since launching this library in 2020, the response has been overwhelming, especially continuing to hear about how impactful this resource has been on a lot of leaders and ICs. Goal-setting is something that is so hard, no matter what role or department you're in. That's why we're continuing to invest time into building a resource that's aimed at helping people get inspired and set goals for themselves and for their team. As someone who was new to OKRs when starting my new position, I have referred to the goals library repeatedly throughout the year to help gauge direction for myself and members of my team!
