I really like this concept - in fact... I think it's amazing. However just like your screen grabs show, if I was to give this to my parents, for example, they would just use it to try and get my attention if I hadn't picked up their call or replied to their normal text.

@mickc79 Thank you! :) Yes, it's important for the users to use it as it is intended (real urgent things) for the protocol to work properly. This is an internal tool we built for our company and we decided to release it to the public so they can benefit of this kind of communication too :)
