@alexey_sytnikov I have my current onboarding flow on my own web app and I need it to store the inserted data I my database (eg user preferences). I’m not sure how I can persist the data from the onboarding into my own database.

I remember when I first started with my company 8 years ago, there was a great website that analyzed first user experiences. This was mostly for mobile applications and not so much for web platforms. I think the web is making a massive comeback. There are so many great companies who have spent millions to work on the perfect customer journeys for their users. Any startup starting in 2022 can take advantage of this fact and use your repository of onboarding flows, Onboarding Love, to understand which is most suitable. This is such a great contribution! This is a great resource. I've been thinking a lot about onboarding recently after listening to the Lenny's Podcast with Kristen Berman. The nugget I pulled from that (and the handful of onboarding sequences I viewed here) is that it's alright to have a slightly longer process if you can show the value of the product upfront, because you're less likely to get the user to give you that information later.

@product_at_producthunt Hi Michael I totally agree! This is a very good tip. With onboarding, you can decrease time to value. This can work pretty well. Especially for companies, which can not provide value instantly. Examples: Intercom, Hotjar. Looking at the home page of the site, I'm shown basically nothing, but I know the only way I'm going to see anything is if I give up my email. What's a flow? There's no example anywhere. What am I getting? There's no example anywhere. A no-code editor? To do what with?

Now you can see all onboarding screenshots and below clickable template. This is a flow or journey which you can build. There are pre made templates based on these companies
