MapMyCustomers is a great service. Though there are lots of benefits, I think it really shines through in its simple design. Definitely worth checking out for any business owner / sales team.
Congrats on the new release!
@ggarnhart Thanks, Greg. It really is all about the product for us -- bringing consumer-grade UI/UX to a business app. It's certainly a trend we've capitalized on.
Hello everyone! I'm excited to share a project I've been working on alongside my
dad for 2 years. It's called Map My Customers.
A salesperson for 35 years, my dad (knowing very well that I couldn't say no as an engineer)
asked me as a favor one day to build an app that could visualize his spreadsheet info. He pushed
me to put the app on the App Store and it soon found a niche on there. Now salespeople can strategically
identify accounts to visit, get there faster/cheaper with route optimizing, fill in canceled appointments with our lead generator, and automate some of their sales with our group emailing and auto-reminders for following up.
We've tried hard to keep the app as simple as possible, and would love to hear any feedback or critiques
from salespeople who've been out in the field selling before.
@mrabramowitz because of "Map My Fitness"? I highly doubt it. Even if someone UA owns the copyright to any "Map My" names, it would be ridiculously hard to enforce (impossible?) in such a different industry.
Excellent tool and easy to use - as well the MapMyCustomers team provides great service/assistance, which is not always the case for other sales tools on the market. Go MMC!
@matthewsniff Looks perfect for managing our photography business road trips. I could not see pricing info ....do you have to sign up to get it or did I miss it perhaps?
@sean_murphy Service providers are actually our next largest customer base (after sales)! It works effectively for service providers who are on the road, need information for each location/account they visit (the basic CRM component) and have a team of service providers they can assign routes to.
@chris_hoyle Hey Chris! We do offer integration with Salesforce directly. This is all available from our site directly (website app login). We also offer integrations with Quickbooks (Online), Zoho, Infusionsoft, Outlook and MSFT Dynamics CRM
@asher_smith_rose It's meant to be self-serve/plug & play, like many consumer-grade apps. No training necessary and intuitive enough to start on your own. If you do get lost, there's a set of videos built into the application whenever you tap on a new feature set or tool.
