Lots of great advice in here. I really like the "interact with recipients before you reach out to them" and "templates that don't sound like templates" sections - those are things that most people miss when doing outreach.

This was really good for me. I was thinking along the same lines to write a blog for Startups doing sales but this playbook captures everything you need for a good email backed with data.

Very useful! Being 100% personable is critical for cold email to work
