I love Econtalk. Russ is a great interviewer and does a good job at taking the point of view of critics.

Fascinating discussion covering the waterfront of food history from why potatoes don't work as a staple crop in the ancient world (except for in South American Mountains) to what the hamburger and ramen noodles have in common. Great discussion. Highly recommend. Anyone else into EconTalk?
