This, married with an eGPU is actually a pretty decent work station. But, at that point there's nothing mini about the price. Disappointed they didn't mention anything about the updated Mac Pro or Cinema Display that they originally promised this year.

It was fairly common knowledge that it was coming in 2018.

@joshuapinter Did Apple actually promise a "Mac Pro"? I recall them promising a professional desktop and they delivered that with the iMac Pro.
