@rrhoover omg so much! Think about the best jobs page ever -- insights about the founders, team you'll be working on, culture/attrition, market size, competition, product usage, customer feedback, product hunt launches ;), avg pay, reviews from blind, etc
There's so much private company information out there just waiting to be uncovered and used to help folks make a decision :)
Most of my portfolio companies have terrible jobs pages. Yours show off the company much more effectively! All startups should be using Maasive to build their careers pages instead of trying to make their own!
Hey PH! I think you should get as much info as investors do before joining a company.
That's why we use an investor platform called Harmonic.ai to gather startup data, then contextualize it so that job seekers can find out about the most exciting startups hiring first (like if they just raised, growing headcount fast, have an ex-unicorn founder, etc).

This is a great platform. Always has blown my mind that prospective employees at startups have no where to turn to assess how well the company has been performing!
