See how AI models simulate Kamala Harris and Donald Trump’s election strategies, analyzing their approaches, biases, and appeal to voters. Who wins the debate?
@praveen_saravanan The results look good, especially since it was completed within 5 days. Can you share what tools or frameworks were used to achieve this?
Love the relevancy and importance considering we don’t get to see candidates debate very often anymore. I used topics I’ve been paying close attention to so I knew what the talking points should be. The output was fairly binary and lacked nuance. However I think it has potential to be a valuable tool. I’d like to use it as a personal voter game plan to complement the voter guides I’m inundated with. I could plug in candidates, local concerns from the guides, and determine if the answers line up with my values and community needs while also detecting my personal biases. Kind of like Ground News for voting.
I also think it could be interesting for doctoral students to practice their oral defence. Use their dissertation as the talking points and practice questions from examiners.
I tried it out and ran multiple tests. First of all, the app crashes often on requests. Tried first three times on OpenAI’s gpt 4o and ran into some requests errors. But besides this, I got some interesting completions, if it weren’t for forced biases into the characters (Kamala and Trump). It was pretty frustrating to see always Kamala saying actually some points while trump saying “she’s fake news” and bla bla bla… I’m Italian, so I will not vote either for Kamala or Trump. But this is not an experiment, this is simply some instructions like “talk like X” and the AI will do it, without actual facts or reasoning. Nothing new and nothing innovative. I’m sorry but this launch just seems like “I’ve got no time, I just want to try something with AI APIs and here it is”. Nothing fancy. Take this as something critical obviously, no offenses. But it’s just bulloks.
That's an interesting approach to marketing Lyzr! Great concept and launch. I like that it gives the whole debate start to finish and even declares a winner.
This is such an interesting app! It creatively uses AI to simulate political debates between two high-profile figures. The platform offers a fun way to explore different perspectives through AI-driven dialogue, making it not only engaging but also thought-provoking. I'd be curious to see how this evolves in terms of interactivity and personalization, perhaps allowing users to participate or influence the debate outcomes.
