@igorpavlov Really useful gif, got the message across perfectly! I was wondering if there was a pre-determined number of messages until the bot will flag you for a video chat? Definitely a fan of the screen sharing option!
@nick_wesley, thank you for the feedback! One of algorithm's factors is a number of replies in a text thread. At the moment the number is pre-determined based on our investigations. However we realise every team is unique. So it is in our plans to make the bot self-learning and optimised for each team. As a simple example, if you send the bot to sleep I think it would be a good idea to increase the threshold number of replies 😉

Thank you @nikitakorotaev for posting! LyteSpark is an online meetings platform with all the classic features such as screensharing, live document editing and meeting notes. We are now an official Slack app so that you can have a seamless transition for your Slack teams and channels.
With this new Slack integration you can not only use classic slash commands to access a dedicated channel room but also install a smart bot that will suggest a video chat when its algorithm senses the text thread is getting out of hand. In other words our bot will get people to talk face to face before they have an argument. We'll tune the algorithm over time so that it can recognise as many markers as possible that indicate a text exchange has become "inefficient".
