From your experience, can it help engage engineers? We tried lots of things, but nothing worked. Marketers, sales, support are easy to engage. Tech people are not.

@norayr_margaryan Because you offer something unique as a reward for them? What exactly? Something like Disney Land gift cards? How did you hack your engineers? :)

And for companies:
◾Each month employees get a fixed amount of carrots from the company, use them to appreciate the hard work of their peers, and redeem the collected carrots into Rewards 🎁
◾Oh, and one more thing, Lucky Carrot is also a tool for companies to get full insights into employee engagement and interactions.

@florin_biro Thanks 🧡 Actually, in HR world there is a traditional theory called “Carrot and Stick Motivation”. Here carrot stands for the reward. So, the idea of using the word carrot comes from this approach.
@alina_grigoryan makes a lot of sense Alina, thanks for explaining. FOr me first thing that comes into my head when someone uses the carrot analogy for rewarding is the dangling of the carrot in front of a donkey to make it walk. Which is not so positive of an analogy. But yours makes more sense for what this is.
I think this is a must, especially while working remotely. It will help teams to stay more connected, and help build warm relationships.✨
