Wow, this app is amazing - and free! So many uses and the ability to share a workout makes it super functional for remote workouts - just share it with a workout partner and get going. The workout opens in a web browser or install the iOS or Android app.
I am an aquatic fitness trainer, and I setup a custom high intensity workout within 10 minutes The workout included 14 core exercises performed for 45 seconds and 15 second breaks.

I made this during the last lockdown as a way to keep motivated with my fitness. I got bored of playing games over Zoom and missed sports and exercise classes. I’ve found this to be the next best best thing.
