@dermot_ai could you explain a bit more what you mean? Which data privacy concerns? Loom has always been a company and team that cares deeply about customer privacy and handles customer data with extreme care. Atlassian is a company that strongly aligns with this world view.

I know a lot of people use Loom to record sensitive data! These AI tools are great as they organize and pull out information, which is a great utility until the data gets exposed by unwarranted attackers
In transparency, I used to be a Loom power user! When I saw it was acquired by Atlassian I developed an Open Source, Privacy focused Loom alternative (you can see the launch on my acc)
These AI tools you're building really do look great and its a problem a lot of people have shared with me (converting Loom to Doc). The biggest question is how are privacy and security concerns being addressed? Is user and company data safe?

hey @orliesaurus ! we use the video transcript to infer what it is you need to submit a ticket for. we have a direct connection to Jira that pulls in your workspace ticket fields, so you can populate the fields from your video share page. from there, hit "Create in Jira" -- and you'll find your ticket in the right place!
This was one of those magical moments when you come across a new feature for the first time. I was literally like, "fuck me, that's cool". Well done, Loom (+ Atlassian)!
Thats awesome, I have been using this AI feature for quite a bit now. I think it really added a lot of value to my work and saved me sometime. Which is helpful since I am using loom to record my courses.
This product has a lot of potential, and its a wonderful tool for documentations as a freelancer, entrepreneur or as a educator

I use Loom all the time to explain tasks to team members, especially marketing related work. We don't use Jira for keeping tracking marketing tasks. But will definitely forward this to my team to check out.
