Big fan of Livestorm 👏🏽! They created a webinar experience that's pain-free on both sides of the screen. I love that attendees don't have to jump through hoops or download anything. On the business side, presenting simply and reliably works - I’ve never experienced an embarrassing webinar failure that was due to the platform. It's easy to customize key parts of the webinar journey from landing page to email content to integrations with other tools. And analytics are actually usable and quick to review. The team has always been transparent and helpful with support and feature requests. Yeah!

I really had to stretch to find something to improve, but the MadKudu team loves LiveStorm. Their Zapier connection helped us quickly connect MadKudu to LiveStorm to score registrants as they signed up, and we can't wait to see this product grow & evolve!

Sleek product, finally usable stats, easy follow ups done after the webinar, perfect for B2B

I'm in sales and i would have never thought that a marketing tool like webinar could be helpful

Pros:

UX - perfect for B2B webinars

Cons:

i had a tough time handling the screenshare/Q&A/my slides

Thanks Pierre! For the screen sharing, once you get you head around how to screen share using a browser (which is a bit different from when you use a native app), it gets simpler. We've been using Livestorm @ Intercom for the past few months and we love it! It's really helped us showcase our product to so many more prospects, in a scalable but still personal way. It's really simple to get setup (I think we had our first demo live in 5 mins), has nice customisation options and the Livestorm team are awesome. Highly recommended for sales teams looking to scale their reach. Keep it up team!

Pros:

Loads of customisation options, seamless for attendees to register/join, great team who are super attentive.

Cons:

Most things we've brought to the team, they're already working (like multi person accounts). A native SFDC integration would be cool!

Spendesk sales-oriented webinars are a great use case that we're looking to keep developing. We have a few things on our immediate roadmap (like team-wide accounts) that will facilitate selling with Livestorm even more. But for sure, adding native integrations (including Close.io) is a priority that we'll focus on very soon, so stay tuned for our updates 🚀

Hey Aurélien, thanks for the review 💪 Just wanted to add a precision : I know it's not much, but we do have a free plan allowing up to 10 live attendees and up to 20 minutes of live. It's more useful for testing and very small events, but it's there. We also have a page explaining how to setup a free "webinar MVP" on your own using Youtube Live: https://livestorm.co/free-webina... - It won't be perfect, but it can do the trick if you really need to keep your costs down.

I'm following this product since the early days. It's crazy to see how it has evolved in a great way. This is one of the solutions that I recommend every time someone is looking for webinar software.
