@kingshuk_jain1 Hi! The integration works with LiveChat (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) which is a tool that lets you manage your online communication with clients. When somebody writes you a message via your fanpage, the message appears in the LiveChat app and you can reply to it without leaving the app.
