Their pricing is a bargain compared to their competition, which I love. I highly recommend their work, and look forward to their upgrades and continued excellent customer service. We use LiveAgent for providing: - Live Chat Support - Ticketing Support - Knowledge base The LiveAgent support is also great. All the time our queries have been answered over their Livechat. I highly recommend this for any business which needs a Livechat or ticketing system.

We're a (very small) user of LA for some time now, and we keep on being impressed how it really covers all of our support requirement bases. Would be great to see a kind of "internal customer user" tier at some stage (so people who are not using any of the end customer facing tools, but eg only accessing private articles in the kBase), so we could even further centralize internal knowledge sharing, but that's a minor thing. Everything "outside"/ end user facing really is more than worth the money. Support is kind, competent and fast, not a lot more to ask for :)

It's a very customizable and powerful tool to communicate with your customers. I love how well it integrates with other platforms like social networks to allow you to manage all customer queries from one place. It also has excellent reporting features, so you can get very granular data on all your customer service processes.

Hello Product Hunt Family. I had my doubts when I first started to use live agent, however after a short time this program won me over! Here is why: 1. Easy to under stand. The interface (While a bit dated), is easy to navigate. 2. The Snip its saved me a TON OF TIME. They have an easy way to add in used clips of text for answers to common questions. 3. Implementation. It was a breeze to drop this on several web pages. And now, it is the primary way I get lead requests from my web pages! All in all, if you are looking for a tight, professional, solution to help you with your leads, I recommend this program!

Our company is using LiveAgent for 8 months. I like to use it. It helps us to track our issues and make them solved. We created filters for the issues and it helps to differentiate them and we don't miss our customers' requests for help. We use customized forms to get issues from our clients and it makes support easier. It is very easy to install forms, we don't need to do them ourselves and spend much time. We got the problem with iOS application. Unfortunately, pushes don't work. So it is hard to use live chats with our customers. We had a chat with LiveAgent Support, they are understanding and professional. They try to do their best to solve our problems. Thanks for your work. It helps a lot.

I absolutely love LiveAgent and it has a lot more functionality than I thought I was purchasing and signing up for. Aside from being able to immediately respond to live calls and chat requests made via my Blog and Websites, and answering messages that come in via my social media channels, I think one of my favourite discoveries was the Knowledge Web. You can build an entire FAQ and Product Library which means your LiveAgent virtual Agent can answer questions and provide product information even when you're off doing something else and working on other aspects of your business. Well done Matej and the LiveAgent team for a great and well thought out product.

Its solid. Havent found it down, failed or out of order in 1 year of use. Support staff is very polite, attentive and keen to help. If the support do not know of something (very few situations) they escalate ticket to their development team. It is the development team that never reverts! Only issue I have found is the scripts are "HEAVY" and GTMetrix waterfall has them prominently in several places. Net net a robust product with lot of features, good keen support, slow development.

I've been using this a while now, and it has matured into an amazing product already. We were so scattered prior to using this - conversations were everywhere and it was getting out of hand. The software aims to bring everything together, and thankfully that was exactly what it did. Everything is way more streamlined now, so I'm really glad we jumped on board. What do you like best? We have been using LiveAgent for 2 years now. From setup to interface, it is easy to use. The helpdesk side has a lot of features that it is not available or far too expensive at competitiors. Very good tool for a team of people who have high concentrate of encouragement of supporting its customers, solving their problems and following up cases. We have been totally happy from using LiveAgent. What do you dislike? I know this is not directly about LiveAgent but buying SSL certificate every year and install to LiveAgent drives me crazy. I find the process a bit tricky and think that it should be explained better. Recommendations to others considering the product: I have trialed 2 more different LiveAgent alternative. LiveAgent is the best of option that has the balance of features, flexibility and cost. I highly recommend trying LiveAgent for at least 6 months. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are a 3D printing company where we receive a lot of leads for quotation. Also customers open cases about technical support. We follow up and manage all this traffic by LiveAgent.
