Brian and I built LinkTexting after downloading and using 10,000 mobile apps. We saw that there was no easy way to create an SMS form and it's something that the best mobile apps tend to do really well on their landing pages. In fact, the founder of ProductHunt had even posted a comment on Quora a year before we launched. Today our product is used by big apps like Hinge, Burner, and MSNBC to send download links from landing pages to customers. We wouldn't have grown so rapidly without the help of ProductHunt.

@nickoneill What kind of apps have you worked on? ... I'm curious, have you ever tried building this yourself with twilio? We thought it was a pain and distraction to build so launched a service to do it.
