I built this product after reflecting on a year of prior constant frustrations concerning poor communication, including my own poor communication! Remote communication is hard. While the issue of tone is somewhat mitigated with emojis, it's still hard to determine. There's no body language to read. I even hired a therapist for a short period of time solely to analyze some conversations, mainly to better understand myself.
