Hey Product Hunt, Do you like filling out engagement surveys that get sent from HR or corporate? Me neither. They take forever, and you don’t get anything out of it (unless you’re entered into a lottery for a $50 gift card or something). Plus, it can be scary to answer the questions honestly, since you’re never sure who might be reading what you write. I made Level to be a better way of measuring employee happiness. Surveys come regularly, but they only take two minutes and responses are completely anonymous. And after each survey, everyone on the team automatically gets a summary of the results. This way, each individual can see how the group is feeling, and become more invested in the team’s well-being.
