Hi ProductHunters! 🙌 I’m Tal, the co-founder & CEO of Leo, and I’m thrilled to introduce our AI phone assistant builder to you today! The Problem: Managing communications can be a huge time drain for small businesses, 1-person businesses, and even individual consumers. Handling calls, scheduling appointments, and following up with leads takes away valuable time that could be spent on growing your business. Missing important calls or failing to respond promptly can damage customer relationships and slow down your growth. Our Solution: Leo automates these tasks with AI phone assistants, making it easy to manage and streamline your communications. With Leo, you can set up AI phone assistants for making and receiving calls in minutes, no coding required. We’re also aiming to support SMS, emails, direct messaging, and even snail mail! How It Works: 1. Set a Trigger: Choose an inbound assistant that activates based on events (like new lead submissions) or on a schedule (e.g., daily at 1 pm). A phone number will be automatically assigned. 2. Define Capabilities: Connect your assistant to our integrations and select desired capabilities (e.g., reading emails by subject). 3. You’re All Set: Your AI phone assistant is ready to start making and receiving calls. Create as many assistants as you need! Use Cases: ✅ Customer Service: 24/7 support for e-commerce stores ✅ Sales & Lead Qualification: Automated lead follow-up and qualification ✅ Appointment Scheduling: Set and confirm appointments for various services ✅ Event Management: Handle registration and follow-up for events ✅ Wholesale Account Management: Regular check-ins with clients ✅ Real Estate: Qualify leads and manage inquiries ✅ Home Services: Schedule and confirm appointments ✅ Hospitality: Manage reservations and confirmations ✅ And many more! For a complete list of use cases, check out: https://www.askleo.io/use-cases What’s Next? Currently, we support inbound assistants, and we’re working diligently to introduce outbound assistants within the next couple of weeks. We’re also starting a public roadmap at https://askleo.canny.io, so please feel free to drop your own feature requests! We invite you to watch a quick demo and get started with Leo. No credit card is required, and your feedback is invaluable to us. Thank you for your support! ❤️ Give it a go 👉 https://www.askleo.io

@jo_jo26 Thank you Louis! Definitely, you can. :) We're mainly aiming for SMBs & 1-person businesses at the moment, but happy to support whatever use-cases you need us to support! ❤️

@ashikhameed Definitely. Any specific ones in mind? Happy to support those

Hi @talhoffman , this is fantastic for our customer support team! 🌟 As a business owner, the idea of a phone assistant is interesting. I'm especially interested in how it handles different accents during calls. How quickly can Leo be set up and operational? BTW the name is so human:)
Tal Hoffman
@manan_gupta19 Thank you so much Manan! Glad you liked the name, it's actually named after Dvir's dog ha ha We made it quite generic, so really quickly. That's said, it's still a rather early version so there's tons of room for improvement. Happy to hop on a call and discuss specifics: https://calendly.com/tal-hoffman...

Hey @talhoffman! Didn't know you are launching today! When I first saw the demo, my exact thought is finally someone has built it - so well! It's so smooth! Does it have potential to improve, sure, but this is already pretty impressive. Can't wait for outbound capabilities and future improvements to come out! When I chatted with Tal, we both agreed that phone calls will never end. Honestly, I don't mind calling in if it will help me get stuff done. Comparing to no phone support vs has phone support with Leo, I think folks would take the latter any day. Congrats again @talhoffmann and team!
Tal Hoffman
@tonyhanded You're the man Tony! Thank you so much for your feedback and for everything ❤️

Hi @talhoffman and @dvir_segev2! 👋 Congratulations on the launch of Leo! 🎉 Your AI phone assistant builder is a fantastic solution for small businesses and solo entrepreneurs looking to streamline their communications. The user-friendly, no-coding setup and versatile use cases—from customer service to real estate—make it an incredibly valuable tool. I'm excited about the upcoming outbound assistants and additional communication channel integrations. Wishing you all the best with your launch! 🚀

@kuxinull Thank you so much, my friend! Appreciate the kind words ❤️

Hey @talhoffman Is this the app to boost Zoom meeting engagement? StreamAlive helps capture audience attention through chat interactions, not manage phone calls.
Stefans Keiss
Hi Tal, the ability to handle multiple accents sounds great! Can you share more details on how Leo manages this feature effectively?
Tal Hoffman
@memphys_sk Hey Stefans! Thanks :) We don't yet support accents per-se, but will soon support voices, of which some will have different accents (e.g: a US accent, a British accent, an Australian accent, etc...). We don't put much emphasize yet on accents, but plan to for sure.
Ram Shmider
Hi @talhoffman, Sounds very interesting, good luck, and congratulations on the Leo launch! I saw that there is already an option to upload customer-specific data to the system, very cool.
Tal Hoffman
@ram_shmider Thank you so much Ram! Yup, there's is, though we still have lots of work there and planning to support CSVs, spreadsheets, PDFs, etc... Appreciate the kind words ❤️
Kyrylo Silin
Hi Tal, Congrats on launching Leo! Setting up AI phone assistants without coding sounds incredibly useful for small businesses. Questions: - How customizable are the assistants in terms of their responses and capabilities? - Are there any plans to support more communication channels in the future
Tal Hoffman
@kyrylosilin Thank you! Definitely, that's what we're aiming for. :) 1. You can use the assistant's knowledge base to specify whatever behavior you'd like the assistant to have, as well as at the capability-level under 'instruction'. Lots of work still though, mainly in supporting more LLMs (it currently runs on GPT 4o), voices, etc... 2. For sure! We aim to help SMBs with everything related to comms, so SMS, emails, DM channels, and even snail mail 💪 Always happy to hop on a call and discuss further: https://calendly.com/tal-hoffman...
