Happy Wednesday Product Hunt! โ˜€๏ธ I'm Danielle, one of the founders of Leave Me Alone, and I am so incredibly excited to finally share Rollups with you in our first launch for over a year! With all of your amazing support over the last few years James and I have been able to grow Leave Me Alone into the best email unsubscribing service on the market. But, it was clear that something was missing... ๐Ÿฅ Introducing Rollups! ๐Ÿฅ Rollups is a new way to receive newsletters and subscriptions. Instead of a constant stream of emails flooding your inbox, we now allow you to bundle your mailing lists into one or more email digests, sent to you weekly. ๐Ÿ—ž How does Rollups work? ๐Ÿ—ž 1. Create collections for your favorite emails. 2. Add subscriptions you want to read later. 3. Choose when to receive your digest and read distraction-free! 4. We'll watch your mailboxes and move rolled-up emails out of your inbox 5. Your inbox becomes a less distracting place Emails donโ€™t have to be a chore when youโ€™re in control of what you get and when you receive them. ๐Ÿฉ What else can Rollups do? ๐Ÿฉ - ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ Focus Mode: use our calm reader to enjoy your emails without distractions - ๐Ÿ’› Rollup multiple accounts: Combine newsletters sent to all of your accounts into Rollups sent to your main account. - โญ๏ธ Add unlimited newsletters: There's no limit on the number of emails you can add to your Rollups, so add as many as you like! - ๐Ÿ”’ No trackers: All known spy trackers are removed from the emails in your Rollups, even the hidden pixel trackers! ๐ŸŒฏ What Rollups do we have? ๐ŸŒฏ Personally I have 4 Rollups right now; 1. Last Week's News: to catch up with on Monday morning 2. Brain Food: to learn new things and feel inspired on Wednesday afternoon 3. Friends' Newsletters: to keep up-to-date with people I care about on Saturday morning 4. Long Reads: for reading with coffee on Sunday morning ๐ŸŒฎ Can I try Rollups for free? ๐ŸŒฎ Yes! You can activate 1 Rollup and we'll send you the first digest email for free so you can see what all the fuss is about. โœจ --- ๐Ÿ‘ซ Who are we? James and I are a couple of independent founders. Leave Me Alone is 100% bootstrapped without any funding or outside support. โญ Special thanks Thank you to our beta testers for helping us to make Rollups super kick-ass and ready to solve all of your inbox nightmares! --- We will be here all day to answer any questions you have. If we donโ€™t get back to you, we have probably gone to sleep (since we are UTC+8) and weโ€™ll be sure to reply tomorrow ๐Ÿ’œ Danielle & James

@dinkydani21 Amazing product! Question for you: how many times have you read through it yourself?
Fajar Siddiq
Congrats on the big launch Danielle & James! ๐Ÿ’œ ๐Ÿฅณ Amazing work at Leave Me Alone! Love the Rollups. It keeps getting better and better, cute icon! ๐Ÿ’ฏ
Danielle Johnson
@fajarsiddiq Thank you SO MUCH Fajar and thank you for all of your help and feedback with Leave Me Alone!
Ken Savage
Not sure if I am in the majority or the minority here. In order for you to move emails out of my inbox and into your all-in-one newsletter I have to give you access to my Gmail account? Isnโ€™t this a huge privacy concern for people and you the company? Can you explain how you protect data and your security?
James Ivings
@kensavage Hey! We try to be open and transparent about it, and have a page here that goes through the details: https://leavemealone.app/security/ Always trying to improve so let me know if there's anything else that you'd like to see covered and I can add it ๐Ÿ™
Ken Savage
@jamesivings This is very transparent of you. Thank you for that. Itโ€™s refreshing. This is really a great service idea. Congratulations
James Futhey
Congrats on the launch, James & Dani! This looks fantastic! Curious if you're receiving these emails on my behalf & adding them to a summary, or if it only works with big newsletters?
James Ivings
@futhey Thank you! We are not receiving the emails on your behalf, we connect to your mailbox via IMAP and automatically move your rolled up emails to a hidden folder. It should work with *any* newsletter ๐Ÿ‘
Sarah Evans
I've been looking for something like this! In hindsight I should have an email I use just for newsletters, but this will help now that I've used my "regular" email.
Danielle Johnson
@prsarahevans yes that's just what we're for! I hope we can help you tidy your inbox a little โ˜บ๏ธ
Danny Postma
Congrats on the big launch Danielle & James!! ๐Ÿฅณ Absolutely love where youโ€™re taking the product and canโ€™t to see what else your adding to make email even better!
Danielle Johnson
@dannypostmaa Thank you so much for being an early Rollups user and helping us to make it so amazing! Seriously your feedback really shaped the product into what it is now ๐Ÿ™
Arnob Mukherjee
This is how innovation looks like, work on the foundation for years and then build amazing things on top of it. Launching after a long time but launching with a bang a big congratulations to you both ๐Ÿš€ โค๏ธ
Danielle Johnson
@iamarnob6543 Thank you Arnob! It's been a while since we launched for sure - Rollups took a long time to get right, but we think we've nailed it now ๐Ÿ˜Š
Sanskar Tiwari
Good work been following you for a while now just found out unroll.me also have rollups feature so far it seems free what is the difference between these two?
James Ivings
@sanskar_tiwari Unroll me is free but you pay with your data. You can check out our comparison page here: https://leavemealone.app/unroll-...
Eugene Hauptmann
Love the name @dinkydani21 @jamesivings Was just about to deal with medium and substack digests today. It would be great to address same issue from creators side, when you've several distributions channels.
James Ivings
@dinkydani21 @eugenehp Thanks! I'd actually love to create an open source competitor to substack, or something similar, but alas there aren't enough hours in the day
Gregg Blanchard
Super clever concept. Nice work. Is there an option to not block the tracking pixels to avoid getting dropped from a list due to inactivity?
James Ivings
@greggblanchard Not currently, but at least one other person has asked for that so I'll add it to the backlog ๐Ÿ˜‡
Gregg Blanchard
Cool. Was curious but probably not a huge deal, clicking a link now and again could do the same thing if people really want to keep getting emails.
Jon Yongfook
Congrats on the launch! Very cool to see you build an ecosystem of tools around the shared goal of reclaiming our inboxes. I've used rollups for a couple of weeks and am enjoying it so far ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป
Danielle Johnson
@yongfook it's been great to have you help us make Rollups even better. Thanks for the kind words ๐Ÿ™Œ
Daniel Racz
Now that sounds to me like a good, interesting idea! Out of curiosity - do you have any 'competitors' that are already providing a similar service? As initially - to me - the whole concept sounds unique and new.
Danielle Johnson
@dr_dani thanks Daniel! Yes there are, our main competitor is Unroll Me but we offer a slightly different (and better ๐Ÿ˜‰) service; 1. We allow you to create multiple Rollups 2. We let you choose the day and time you receive your digest 3. We find many more subscription emails 4. With us you can connect multiple email accounts and add emails from all of them to one (or more) Rollups I think that covers it! Let me know if you have any questions ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
James Ivings
@dr_dani @dinkydani21 Also Mailbrew offer a slightly similar thing! :)
Carlo Thissen
The branding is cute and the value proposition is pure gold! Immediate signup and curious about the first product experiences!
James Ivings
@carlo_thissen thank you! Let us know if you have any thoughts or questions!
Razvan Ilin
I've been using Rollups for a couple of weeks now and loving it! The UI/UX is also amazing and can definitely see the amount of work that's been put into this product. Congrats on the launch! ๐Ÿš€
Danielle Johnson
@razvanilin thank you for being an early adopter and helping to shape the finished product ๐Ÿ’œ
Francesco Di Lorenzo
Congrats on the launch @dinkydani21 and @jamesivings. Seems like a solid product ๐Ÿ™Œ You really upped your game
James Ivings
@dinkydani21 @frankdilo Thanks! Now I'm ready to chat about a potential Mailbrew integration again! โค
Leon Hitchens
Congrats! Love how your making the inbox even less cluttered while still maintaining the ability to read those newsletters. I know Iโ€™m not alone in having newsletter overload!
Danielle Johnson
@leonhitchens yes Leon it's a common problem! Thanks so much ๐Ÿ™. I hope we help you tidy your inbox a little โ˜บ๏ธ let me know if you love your first Rollup ๐Ÿ—ž๏ธ
amin benselim
Do you have plans for introducing a price point for Rollups only? I think it's a great idea that I would like to use but having one Rollup for 9 a month is too much for me considering I won't be using the unsubscribe feature.
James Ivings
@aminbenselim Currently not. We see the Rollups more as a standalone feature worthy of the $9 price point, the unsubscribe credits that you get with it are more of a bonus - since if you only need credits then it's cheaper to buy them on our PAYG tier.
Ankit Ghosh
Congrats on the launch James and Danielle. I think it's the perfect feature considering our inboxes are crowded.
Danielle Johnson
@nutpanda I hope we can un-crowd them a bit! I know I'm biased but it's definitely helped me! ๐Ÿ˜‡
Madison Taskett
Congrats! I've been hearing folks saying they want to create this product, but guess what? They're still just talking, while you two went and did it. I think a lot of people are going to use this!
James Ivings
@taskett thats awesome, thanks! โ˜บ๏ธ ๐Ÿ™
Marco Edemanti
hello ! first congrats for your milestone. But I was thinking what's the difference with New Mailbrew ?
Danielle Johnson
@marco_edemanti1 hey! Thanks very much ๐Ÿ™. We also love Mailbrew! The main difference is that they allow you to create your own newsletters to receive periodically, whereas we let you roll up your existing newsletters by connecting to your mailbox. Mailbrew has a similar feature but they give you an specific email address to use to sign up for newsletters. Does that help? โ˜บ๏ธ
