Why is this called LeaksID? Seems like ... not-so-great branding for a product that should offer privacy and security for a business's most sensitive materials?

@chrismessina LeaksID can identify the owner of a compromised copy even from a photo of this document on a smartphone. And so it turned out Leaks + IDentification = LeaksID.

@chrismessina the VDR is one of the option of the usage of our technology, the main role of which to identify leaks and determine the name of the culprit in case of a leak.
Interesting concept, thanks for making this. TBH, as an early-stage startup, Google Docs / Dropbox works good enough for a data room and I haven't found anyone who has any issues with it so far. Curious to hear your thoughts on whether this is a pain killer or a vitamin to existing approaches (i.e. GDocs / Dropbox / DocSend / etc)

Yes, you are right that the current platform are good for the early-stage, but if we are talking about the startups with the specific patents, developments, intellectual property that need to be protected, then the option with additional protection is fine for them. But yes, startups are not the main our target audience, mostly we can help enterprises with the big document flow.
