Landbot.io - Conversational Landing Page — Lead generation landing page as chatbot

From the chatbot systems I have seen in 2017 so far, this goes to the top 3. Really like the front and center approach + good UX and content boxes. Some fine-tuning + Offer instructions/features to have the chat bot right after start scrolling from the landing page downwards ("Oh hi there...") + Does it detect the target language from the browser settings already? + Beta mode that allows your pilot group to directly feed in ideas/feedback for the bot to improve before the release + Either exclude private testing of the bot when fine-tuning or increase to 150 instances. + Did anyone experience some lag/slowness with the reply animations? (Latest chrome+ublock)

The bar at the bottom of the screen that says "You are currently EDITING STYLES" makes the product very hard to use because I can't see option most of the time. Can you guys remove that?

I like the idea... and began the creation process... buttons don't pop up, it's hard to move to the next step. I had to click back a bunch to trigger the next stages. If I used a custom from scratch version, if you click video or image, you can't get to the next step. Cool idea, but it doesn't seem ready for primetime. Good luck.

chat seems like overkill. typeform already glides through inputs using animation. what's to gain from this ux?

bit late to this launch, but it's awesome. Nice job Jiaqi. Big step up for landing pages and would be cool to have this also integrate as an onboarding option in apps. My two cents would be love to see more design customizations to fit brand and analytics both of which I'm sure are already en route. Anyway nice.

Great job guys. If you figure out a perfect mix between landbot.io + typeform you would have a potential product. And I would be the first in pay you.

I tried it out today using Chrome and for some reason I could not get it to store CRM data. Tried for an hour and no luck. Even followed the tutorial and still no luck. Great idea. Happy to try again once it starts working.

Great idea, would love to use such a chat bot for our landing page in online education. But I find it difficult to edit or add new blocks. It just asks too many questions. The ones you show are great. When are you coming up with the new version? Shall wait for it.

I always thought the future of a website won't be a sitemap, or text or videos...but a conversation: how can I help you. Just imagine the impact on what we know and do now for SEO...for instance. This looks like it goes that way. I'll give it a try soon.

Good concept! Not able to publish it right though, meaning that the design doesn't show like the preview, looking forward to it improving

I visited its website and communicated with its bot (two rounds). Happy with the experience. Hope it will be released soon :)

Landbot.io is an all encompassing highly configurable landing page, survey, feedback and customer service toolkit so if your core product is not the landing page itself such as a SAAS product, or something you're selling on Shopify, I highly recommend this. You can also pick other tools along with this. Focus on what matters more. The product you're building. My experience using this has been pretty amazing and the team and customer support is stellar.

Pros:

Very configurable. Extremely responsive team. Simple to Ramp up.

Cons:

Custom domains. Although there is a workaround for that.

Awesome project, but it's really hard to customize the design via a landing bot... I think it's a bad idea to use your technologie for this use case, a old fashioned interface it's may be more appropriate :-). Also a dev friendly interface like a Javascript lib would be more than welcome.
