@mksaint13 Of course! you can build your own agent, based on your team existing workflows! The creation of tickets work by classifying messages in Slack, extracting the relevant information and then creating the tickets based on this information.

I can see tons of use cases for this tool - the auto-redeploy is such a great one for example. This can alleviate lots of admin work for the eng team to help them go faster. Congrats on the launch @adamgold7 and team!

Yes, the AI classification is automatic - you let the agent go through your different tools (Slack, Jira, GitHub) and you define what kind of classification you want. For example, you can get bug reports from Slack messages and create Jira tickets from them. What's your favorite use case from our templates?
