Hey hunters, I’m the co-founder of Kula, and I’m happy to bring to you our new AI feature. This launch is very personal to me as in my experience of running Kula, the biggest challenge has been hiring top talent to join my team. In the last few years, I've come to truly appreciate the art of assembling an exceptional team. Getting the best candidates to pay attention to you is not easy. You know, the best talent isn't just lying around, waiting for you to hire them. They're settled into other companies, making the chase really hard. Trying to identify the crux of solving this problem, I realised it came down to the first touchpoint. That cold email that you write to them. And boy, did I learn a thing or two about writing persuasive emails! I spent hours delving into their backgrounds, understanding their experiences, and then carefully crafting messages that would make them pause amidst their busy schedules. Surprisingly enough, my well-researched emails seemed to work. Even those happy in their current roles responded. They liked that I had read about them and had taken the time to write a personal message. They responded, we talked, and before I knew it, they were on board at Kula! Today, I'm proud to say I stand shoulder to shoulder with the best team imaginable. But, the story doesn’t end there. My journey through hiring’s trenches got me thinking - why not enlist a little AI assistance? Imagine a tool that could craft emails that aren't just personalised but tailor-made for each potential team member. A tool that could scour the internet for every nook and cranny of their professional history, presenting me with insights that I might have missed. The result? Hey @garysz, thanks for the support! We sit on top of your ATS and have a bi-directional data flow between the ATS and Kula, so that you don't context switch between 2 different products to view the health of your candidate pipeline and take actions. Talk about reducing the time to hire! :)
