I have hired dozens of people throughout my career and I know how tedious the process gets especially when you have several other things to deliver and deadlines to meet. That's just on the part of the hiring manager. When Achu shared the pain on the side of recruiters, I could see the massively underserved market that just deserves better. Just wonderful. Was hoping something like this would popup in the hiring space. I researched a few of the indian startups that help with talent acquisition. Didn’t see any good employee reward systems for referrals. Everything is being manually managed right now. Bullish on this. 🚀

When Achu shared his vision for Kula, I was instantly convinced because I’ve experienced how frustrating it could be for both hiring managers and talent recruitment teams to attend endless reporting meetings and sometimes even call it a day without being able to shortlist or move candidates into further stages of recruiting.
