Kissflow DW is a great Product.
1. Startup Teams are getting distributed. Which means more and more teams are collaborating using tools, except that a lot of tools themselves are getting rather noisy.
2. I like tools like Workplace by Facebook - it has helped a lot of high performance teams cut down on the noise, keep everyone on the same page, but there is very little means and way to transition from the conversation and consumption mindset over to "work"
3. I've realised as of late that all high performance enterprises do one thing well - they identify use cases that pop up over and over again (and be smart enough to spot that pattern) and put together a workflow in place to manage it with minimal effort and most of their creative process goes into identifying new processes and in collaboration to make more cool stuff. KSDW does that part brilliantly well.
The product is intuitive and there is always this "aha" moment when you expect something to work a certain way, and it does. Highly recommend it for startups and high performance teams. This isn't for everyone - if you still like a verbose workplace, slack might be better.
