Hey Nishit, How does it handle more complex customer queries that might require human intervention? Congrats on the launch!

@kyrylosilin I'm assuming with "more complex customer queries" you mean those queries when the support person has to check at multiple places like CRM, Database or any other third-party service provider. We can handle this in 2 ways: 1. We identify the intent of the query like what the customer is exactly looking for, like wanting to purchase a new product/service, technical product issue or wanting to raise a support ticket and then, we redirect queries to the designated person. 2. We are integrating more and more third-party service providers, in that way, Kipps will directly fetch appropriate data and help out customers. Without human intervention.
