@adityavsc Kensho is a Japanese term and is defined as "a moment of insight" or "seeing into one's true nature". We want Kensho Health to be a platform that enables people to find true healing within themselves and to explore their capabilities by finding help, information, and guidance into bettering their health.
Some practices we would recommend for older individuals are Meditation, Breath work, Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine

We are incredibly proud to be releasing a product that will further our company mission to make healthcare more human and easier to access. Care Matching does just that by providing high touch support for patients looking for the right holistic provider, like an acupuncturist, naturopath, or functional medicine doctor.
With Kensho, we are bridging the gap between holistic and conventional care.
To scale this solution nationally, we are partnering with forward-thinking health systems and plans looking to increase access to holistic medicine which is proven to 1) improve patient health, 2) decrease side effects, and 3) reduce healthcare costs by 10% on average.
Expanding this impact would save more than four hundred billion of the United States’ $4T in healthcare spend. Not bad.
